Start with the Outcome

Discuss a Project

Tell THLabs what you need to achieve, the general context and your timing. Keep the first message at a high level.

What Helps at the Start

Describe the desired outcome, the current obstacle and any relevant decision date. Mention the type of workflow or information involved without attaching confidential records.

What Happens Next

The first exchange establishes fit and a possible scope. Any assessment or implementation is agreed before work begins. Availability, deliverables and information handling form part of that discussion.

Information Discipline

Use the form for the first exchange. State the outcome, the obstacle and the timeframe. Do not include credentials, private keys or material that is not needed to judge fit.

The message and any attachment are encrypted in the browser before they are sent. THLabs decrypts them in order to read and reply. That does not govern copies made afterward, and it does not promise when a reply will come. If the work continues, a separate channel can be agreed for material that requires it.

The first exchange establishes whether the work fits and what scope is possible.
